Important message for all Stoneridge tachograph users

Recently we have received messages from customers who had problems obtaining K-Line data on their Stoneridge tachograph. They always receive the same fixed data. This is because the tachograph is set to "extended mode".


In order to solve this problem, the tachograph needs to be set in "non-extended mode".

This can be done by a tachograph specialist. Next, the message SetTachoK,5,5,512<CR><LF> must be sent to your Squarell device to force it to Stoneridge (without data validation).



This does not mean that you should send this message to your Squarell device by default when using a Stoneridge tachograph, but only if you are experiencing this problem.
