My COM3 port doens't work on iConfigure. How can I resolve this?

This problem is caused by Windows.

When there is a COM3 on your computer this will be shown in the device manager and software programs (like iConfigure) as COM3 "ok to use". But when there is no COM3 on your computer this will not be shown in the device manager. It can happen that Windows still gives COM3 as "ok to use" in software programs.
This situation causes that iConfigure will always show COM3 as available at the Interface settings even if there is no COM3 on your computer.

So please check in the device manager of your computer what COM ports are available and which COM port you will use. Select this COM port in iConfigure at CAN Network-Interface settings.
