I cannot write a software file into my device using iConfigure. What can I do?

• Please restart iConfigure.

• Check the RS232 port settings in iConfigure/Select CAN network/Interface settings

 - Select the proper COM port and the RS232 baudrate 115.200.

• Check the device addresses in your network; choose in iConfigure for: CAN network à Set device addresses. The target device should have a device address similar to the device address in the software file class 001.

• If the problems still exist please check your connections.
