Return Materials Authorisation (RMA) - Procedure

Whilst Squarell takes all reasonable care to ensure that products supplied are fault free, occasionally problems do occur and should that happen a formalized returns procedure will ensure the prompt resolution to these issues.

Before returning the products you need to have a RMA number. Goods returned without a RMA number will not be accepted and will be sent back. To request a RMA number, please submit an online ticket below.

  • Please read and make sure you understand the RMA Term & Conditions.
  • Submit an online ticket on the support portal. Choose 'RMA' as the department for your ticket.
  • Within 2 working days the ticket will be returned with RMA number or we will contact you for more information.
  • If a RMA number is assigned. Please send the parcel with the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of your package.

Depending on the investigations, repair can take 1-3 weeks. In case of repair costs you will be notified before repair takes place.
